Jain Dal Makhani Paratha Wrap
Turn a pouch of Haldiram's Jain Dal Makhani into a gourmet restaurant-style wrap in under 20 minutes.
๐ก Whole wheat paratha adds fibre. Use multigrain for extra nutrition.
๐ Ingredients
ยท1 pouch Haldiram's Jain Dal Makhani
ยท2 large whole wheat parathas
ยท2 tbsp fresh cream
ยทPickled carrots and cucumber
ยทFresh coriander
ยทLemon wedge
ยทGreen chutney (NONG) โ optional
๐จโ๐ณ Method

Heat the dal makhani pouch in boiling water for 3 minutes, or microwave 2 mins.

Warm parathas on a dry tawa until soft and slightly golden.

Spread a generous layer of dal makhani down the centre of each paratha.

Drizzle fresh cream over the dal.

Add pickled carrots, cucumber, and coriander.

Squeeze lemon, add green chutney if using. Roll tight and serve.
