Can I eat out at a regular restaurant during Paryushan?

Paryushan is coming up and I follow strict Jain dietary rules — no onion, no garlic, no root vegetables, no eating after sunset. Is it safe to eat at regular restaurants, or should I stick to Jain-certified places only?
