Method

    Grind fresh coconut, roasted peeled peanuts, ginger, and green chilies into a smooth paste. Do not leave it coarse — it should be completely smooth.

    In a mixing bowl, add ½ cup fresh curd. Add the ground paste and mix well.

    Add 2 cups water. Mix again until smooth and combined.

    Heat 1 tsp ghee in a pan. Add red chili powder and curry leaves. Sauté briefly.

    Pour the curd-peanut mixture into the pan. Keep flame low.

    Cook on low flame for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the curry comes to a gentle boil and thickens slightly. The curry will thicken more as it cools.

    Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and roasted cumin powder.

    Serve with Rajgira paratha, varai, or sabudana khichdi.
