NONG Maggi Masala Upgrade

🛒 Ingredients
·1 pack Maggi NONG Masala Noodles
·2 tbsp butter
·¼ cup milk
·1 tomato finely diced
·1 green chilli slit (optional)
·Fresh coriander leaves
·Pinch of turmeric
·Salt to taste
👨🍳 Method

Boil 1.5 cups water. Add noodles and cook 2 mins until just soft.

Drain most of the water, leaving about 2 tbsp.

Add butter while noodles are hot — let it melt completely.

Pour in milk, stir on low flame for 1 minute until creamy.

Add diced tomato, green chilli, turmeric, and the Maggi tastemaker.

Stir gently for 1 min. Garnish with fresh coriander. Serve immediately.
