Jain Rajma Rice Bowl
A hearty, warming rice bowl made with MTR Jain Rajma — paired with freshly cooked basmati rice and cooling raita.

🛒 Ingredients
·1 pouch MTR Jain Rajma Masala
·1.5 cups basmati rice (washed)
·For Jain Raita: 1 cup yogurt, cucumber, roasted cumin, salt
·Fresh coriander
·Lemon wedge
·Ghee for drizzle
👨🍳 Method

Cook basmati rice with 3 cups water. Bring to boil, cover, cook 12 mins on low.

Heat MTR Jain Rajma pouch in boiling water 3 minutes.

While heating: whisk yogurt, add grated cucumber, roasted cumin, salt for raita.

Fluff rice with a fork. Drizzle with ghee.

Serve rice in bowl, ladle rajma over it generously.

Add raita on the side. Garnish with coriander and lemon.
