Rajwadi Lassi

Method

Take ½ kg fresh curd in a vessel.

Churn with a wooden churner until smooth.

Add 1 cup water. Mix well until a good foam forms on top.

Add powdered sugar. Churn well.

In a mixer jar, add pistachios, almonds, and saffron milk. Grind coarsely (not a fine paste).

Add ½ tsp cardamom powder and the ground dry fruit mixture to the lassi. Churn well.

Pour into clay kulads.

Garnish with almond and pistachio slivers.

Place Tulsi leaves and offer to Lord Jagannath.
