Mawa Kheer
A rich, creamy mawa-style kheer built on sweetened condensed milk instead of hours of reducing milk — roasted makhana and dry fruits folded in, saffron and cardamom on top. A quick Janmashtami prasad, cooked the NONG way with no onion and no garlic.
